Watch Match is a product of Primemory Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect your personal data when you use the Watch Match website, mobile application and related services.
“WM” means Watch Match, the WM Platform and its related services. “We”, “us” and “the Company” mean Primemory Limited.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to account registration, listings, offers, transactions, payments of Commitment Fees and Authentication Fees, merchant verification, watch authentication, handover bookings, the WM Handover Centre, customer support, refunds, dispute handling, and our website, App, cookies and related digital services.
This Policy does not replace the Platform Terms of Use, Merchant and Private Seller Terms, Transaction Service Terms or Authentication and Handover Service Schedule.
2. Personal Data We May Collect
2.1 Identity and Contact Data
This may include your name, email address, telephone number, correspondence address, username, profile information and identity documents where required for merchant verification, transaction security or legal compliance.
2.2 Account and Security Data
This may include your sign-in method, encrypted or hashed password data, verification-code sign-in records, account settings, login times, device and security records, and account activity records. We do not store your login password in directly readable form.
2.3 Merchant and Seller Data
If you use WM as a Merchant or Seller, the data may include business registration or company incorporation information, business address and nature of business, authorised contacts, websites and social media accounts, bank or settlement information, sources of products and merchant verification records.
Merchant verification follows a risk-based approach. We may request information about directors, ultimate beneficial owners, controllers or other enhanced information only where reasonably required by identified risks or applicable law.
2.4 Listing, Transaction and Communication Data
This may include listings, images, videos, brands, collections, models, reference numbers, serial numbers, Offers, Counteroffers, Orders, Pre-Orders, delivery information, in-platform communications, cancellations, refunds and records of completed transactions.
Complete watch serial numbers may be retained by WM and AG International Luxury Brands Authentication Limited for identity verification, prevention of substitution, review or dispute handling, and legal compliance. Buyer-facing authentication reports and public verification information will display only a masked serial number. The Seller may view the complete serial number in the Seller version for the relevant Order.

This may include authentication bookings, case-opening selections, authentication reports, review records, watch photographs, inspection records, identity checks conducted at the WM Handover Centre, chain-of-custody records, CCTV footage, handover times and attendance records.

This may include payment status, transaction references, partial payment-method identifiers, refund and chargeback records, and merchant settlement information. Complete card details or online banking credentials are generally processed directly by payment service providers. As no specific payment service provider has yet been confirmed, this Policy does not name a particular provider.
2.7 Device and Technical Data
This may include your IP address, browser, operating system, device model, App version, language and region settings, login and session data, network and error logs, and data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
