No. Private sellers can list their own watches without operating as a professional dealer.
Buyers can make an offer, and sellers can accept, decline or make a counteroffer until both sides reach an agreement.
No. Buyers can choose whether to include professional authentication where applicable.
The transaction moves to the next stage, where the buyer confirms the applicable authentication and handover arrangements and completes the required fees.
The remaining watch balance is paid directly by the buyer to the seller. Watch Match does not collect the watch balance.
Transactions are generally arranged at a WM-designated location. If payment or other practical needs require another arrangement, the buyer and seller may agree on an alternative location.
